I’ve always loved tattoos and after my father got himself a tattoo machine it was only a matter of time that I started tattooing myself. I started out with the machine and worked on fake skin for about half a year until I felt confident enough to work on real skin.
Shortly after I discovered hand-poking and switched to this method. For me hand-poking is more personal and gives me more control over the needle. It’s also a very meditative process which is a great way to relax.
